What Is True Beauty And How To Truly Be Beautiful

Beauty

Beauty is the charm and magnetism in a person which give an individual a feeling of happiness and contentment. It is the mixture of perfect features with a perfect face-cut that makes a person attractive. A beautiful individual is fashionable and respected. Beauty is a real reward of God, for which we must often thank the almighty. An individual is said to be perfectly beautiful if he/she is beautiful from inside and outside, meaning the outer pretty and lovely looks are not enough you need to be pretty from within, you should have a clean and lovely heart along with a good face. There are certain other things that sum up to your attractiveness like your charm, elegance, beam motion, intelligence, character and style along with a healthy body, charming youth, skin and perfect symmetry. All these things with a clean heart which holds warmth for others is considered to be a truly wonderful human. An individual with all the above reported features makes him truly beautiful. Your behavior basically is what makes you wonderful. It is usually said that “the first impression is the last impressionâ€? which is true for outer beauty too, but then again it is a sensible saying that “all that glitters is not goldâ€? now even this contradicts to what is said earlier. Anyways, thousands of individuals have thousand statements towards the gist of beauty every one different and right to their viewpoint. But finally what goes with all this is “beauty lies in the eyes of the beholderâ€?. To be sensible enough, the outer beauty is most chiefly appreciated; it is soon after that we come to know the inner character of that externally beautiful person. As already mentioned, the outer perfection with a beautiful face is a perfect beauty which distributes a large amount of profits in this materialistic society. Right from the early days where a lovely and a good-looking child is loved and liked, then during the school days, wonderful pupils get a unique approach from teachers comparatively and obviously in college it is every time a beautiful human that pulls the crowd. Now when you are in 30’s and 40’s, your charisma still impresses the crowd, you are still seen upon when in high class parties. It is naturally a real boon to be born beautiful. Some people are born beautiful while others can look wonderful with the help of a wide variety of make-up tips available to improve each and every aspect of your face. A female particularly should look beautiful as beauty creates a woman’s will power and adds glamour to a man’s life. A beautiful lady tends to get greater consideration and care from the male governing world. Make-up makes a female look pretty and feel better. Make-up is made for woman and she truly adores doing make-up, but if you truly wish to look a absolute wonderful female it is necessary that you understand the vital fundamentals of make-up and do it perfectly well. You can create a radiant and lustrous skin by applying a mixture of right colors and cosmetics that help\assist you coat and hide any unevenness in your facial skin. This will also increase your standard and you will feel more positive when you are anywhere out among a large crowd where beauty creates an impression. You Being Beautiful the Owners Manual to Inner and Outer Beauty Review

Beauty

Many people get caught up in material things, and feel that material items create true beauty. They forget to look past the items and see the person looking back at us. Instead we often torment over the person we see in the glass. All you can see is someone staring back at you who you don’t think is beautiful, because we have not met “normal” society standards.

The truth is that I don’t think that society know what is the normality for beauty. To them true beauty is being able to look good 24-7. Always hiding behind whom you relay are not.

The way we look and is made up is not some random act, that we can pin point and show gratitude. The fact is beauty isn’t some superficial pursuit. We might even be very disgusted with our features The beauty that we poses today might not even make us want to jump up and down to thank our ancestors for giving us life! As crude as that sounds it is the truth. Look at us. We are fat, big, and ugly. Or at least that is how we feel.

Beauty does, in fact follow scientific standards. Beauty has a purpose, because historically, it is how people have expressed who we are, also it has been a communication tool to attract the opposite sex. Being beautiful on the outsides is not all but it’s all about how healthy and happy you really are on the inside. Which once again that is not the “NORM” for society. They have it they other way around they could care less if your inside is rotted out.

To most beauty on the outside is all that counts… However you will find that it is not true. Which leads us to the overview of this book: YOU Being Beautiful The Owners Manual to Inner and Outer Beauty

Users are rating this book with full stars! Giving it wonderful praises. Excellent Work! Good work, keep it up! This publication changed my very being. I used all the advice given and after a week, I noticed how my skin had begun to differ. When I realized that I was getting attention from men, I was no longer worrying about my pores.

It’s such an amazing feeling! Look 20 years younger, 20 pounds lighter and 200% prettier in only 20 days both books are a must read: Another book I strongly recommend because I’ve enjoyed it immensely is stop the Age Clock!

You: Being Beautiful could as easily have been called YOU: Being Healthy …4 Stars! If you can optimize your Health then you will optimize Beauty. According to Roizen and Oz, we all would like to look, feel and really be beautiful. Now I don’t think many men would admit to this, but if you replace “feel my best” and “healthy” for “beautiful,” then you’ve accurately described the book. This book is meant for both sexes and not just men.

That is useful and helpful 3 Stars lots of useful information Dr Oz has a way of presenting information. I’ll go through the remaining books he has published.

You Can’T Be Beautiful Unless You’Re Healthy

Beauty

So you want to be beautiful. But how does one achieve true inner and outer beauty? The first step to achieving true beauty is really quite simple. To be beautiful on the outside, you must make sure you’re beautiful and healthy on the inside. This is why it’s of utmost importance to take care of your body’s physical health, your inner health, along with your mind and inner self.

Outer beauty truly is directly related to inner health and wellness. You can’t have one without the other, so it’s best to take a pro-active approach to your physical, mental and emotional health to be able to achieve that outer “glow” of beauty that has become so desired in today’s society. But make sure you’re realistic. You aren’t achieving outer beauty if your objective is simply to LOOK more beautiful.

True outer beauty comes with a sense of acceptance of self, a true peaceful spirit and a lack of obsession over physical appearance. One can’t be beautiful if they are obsessed with being beautiful. If you try to use and follow every beauty tip you’ve ever come across or are told, then you won’t succeed in becoming beautiful- you’ll only drive yourself crazy in the attempt to achieve beauty.

Society’s obsession with beauty is based on the superficial, and those who are beautiful and healthy tend to not be noticed as often. As unfair as it may be, it’s even more unfair to worry yourself to death or obsess over it. Developing an obsessing or striving for perfection will damage your physical and mental health, sometimes to the point of no return.

While outer beauty is a good goal, something nice to strive for- it shouldn’t be the entire basis of any health regimen you follow, nor should it become all you focus on. Embracing your own differences and those of others around you is key to being healthy, happy and beautiful. But you can’t embrace your differences if you obsess and view those differences negatively.

If your nose is “too big” or “too small,” recognize that it’s a difference that makes you who you are. If you feel you’re “too heavy” or “too thin,” realize that you are who you are. Simply strive to live as healthily as possible, and don’t fret about the rest. If you find yourself overweight- living healthy, eating properly, and getting enough rest will work wonders and eventually your body will find itself going towards the weight it needs to be.

And of course, you should always try to get enough sleep each night. Don’t over-exert yourself physically or mentally, and make sure you’re eating healthy meals and drinking plenty of water. Proper rest, physical activity and nutrition are of utmost importance for both your physical health and your outer beauty. Your mental health is also helped by maintaining proper nutrition and a good sleeping schedule.

Outer beauty is directly related to inner health, whether it is physical, mental or emotional. You can’t be beautiful unless you are healthy. It’s much more important to make sure you are healthy and well rested than worrying about the size of your nose or your body. Take care of your inner self first, and the outer self will glow because of your inner health and well-being. That’s true beauty.
